The Winter Home

We arrived in Apache Junction to blue skies and 50 degree weather.
We had a sign on our front door welcoming us.  It felt good to arrive back at Desert Holiday!
The next morning we woke up to cold and snow.  The freezing temperatures and white mountains reminded us of home.
The Superstition Mountains looked fabulous and the snow topped Saguaro Cactus are a special treat for all the locals.  The Snowbirds are anxiously waiting for the weather to heat back up.
We are enjoying getting reacquainted with all of our winter friends and looking forward to getting to know some of the new people in the park.
